And there you have it, at last, we have got to the real problem. The UK is a
tiny, weenie, weenie little island compared to the countries who host the
cities above. Taxing us in the proposed way will make no difference at all
to the greenhouse effect while the USA, China and India continue to behave
in the way they do. This is a money making exercise for the government, who
know that car purchase and usage will continue to rise.
