Try these people: http://www.furneauxriddall.com/shop/ - Assuming that by two pole you mean with two contacts side by side on the base, search for type 211A. For LED bulbs you could try http://www.ultraleds.co.uk/ - the one I am using as a replacement for a 211A was part number U114248WW, but that seems to have vanished so maybe it's out of stock.
