Always remember that what he's ordered ain't necessarily what arrives (the voice of bitter experience), although you seem to be pretty sure that they're OK. Also, has he got his diagnosis right? ;-) I couldn't possibly comment on any suggestion that there's a cold, miserable old boiler on Jannock that isn't the Alde.....others may wish to..........but I couldn't possibly ;-)) Roger
