We've been through about half a dozen times in the past decade and  
not seen a keeper.  Apparently the house above the lock is occupied  
by a BW employee but is to be sold.  There was a bit on the regional  
TV news last week about the efforts of local people to help the  
occupant to acquire the house from BW.
