Alas although living in the Plague village where we are plagued more by
the 21st century than anything else, John has merely had a bit of leg
surgery without even a sign of MRSA or anything else untoward! My late
mother however, used to do talks to visiting schoolchildren in the
church here and was once asked if she was here when the plague was on -
IIRC the answer was a stuttered no.
