Stenson Lock (T&M) is reputedly 12ft 2in. Kegworth Deep Lock always feels 
deeper than 
Stenson, but I don't know the rise.

John Gagg measured Tardebigge as 11ft 7in (WW April 1995).

Oskemen Lock (aka Ust-Kamenogorsk) on the River Irtysh is 138ft (WW December 
2005). :)
