Day 6 – Wednesday 11 July 2007 Cranfleet to Shardlow 3.2 miles 4 locks 8pm - 9:44pm
The river didn't drop far enough for the gates to open until Monday. Dad wanted to sort some things out at home, and I was still working, so we didn't get back to the boat until today. It was 8pm when we got going, and while the river was still running at a decent rate it didn't take us long to get to Shardlow.
