Much easier answer. Use the method adopted at (e.g.) Epsom racetrack for parking. There are several car parks. The nearer the one you park in is to the track entrance, the more you pay to park for the day. That would also produce much more revenue for IWA. Adrian Adrian Stott 07956-299966
