I am aware that there has been some 'interesting' accounting going on. But as
yet there hasn't been anything comparable to the £5m or so of work already
scheduled as part of last winter's BW work programme that had to be postponed.
That was what I meant by 'relatively'. Let's see how well this winter's planned
EA programme survives.
