Those people who gave you the advice had your best interests at heart, but were not in possession of the full facts - from your initial post, you might have seemed a novice. Now we know that you are far from that. As for being fit, after the first couple of days you will be as fit as you need to be! Go for it, and have a good time! Dorothy
