Shirley it is not hard to work out that Mr Butterly's Line Manager, was none 
other than the Head of DOSI ;-)

Talk of theft...I have just returned from Ireland and have some wonderful 
pictures of the new, prime waterfront, Waterways Ireland HQ, taking shape, 
in Enniskillen...cost around £15 milliion...Makes Ivory Towers look like a 
slum....now how much is BW losing over the next three years??
