I live mainly in Spain but in my UK village a local greengrocer sells only in
lbs and ounces with no metric equivalent prices. It is not too difficult to
multiply by 2.2 to get the answer that my brain is atuned too.Interestingly all
televisions in Spain are quoted by their screen size in inches. Domestic pipe
work is also inches.Just to confuse the issue the metric system was the
brainchild of a an Englishman in the 1600s. Chris.KP

No, you can sell in pounds and ounces, you just have to show the metric
equivalents as well. (So it's perfectly legal to sell a pound of meat,
but you have to show the price per kilo)
