Boating in the ROI is a bit like being on the waggon...unless you like 
Guinness.
There must be some more micro brewery outlets near/on the water, but we have 
yet to find then apart fron Tara's in Killaloe, there must be one Carlow 
Brewing company outlet in Carlow and Porterhouse (x2) in Dublin.
In the north it is not much better, only one (connected) inland boatable 
Wetherspoon's at Enniskillen. They do have Hilden's brewery at Lisburn, but 
we have yet to find some waterside outlets.
There are some magic pubs in Ireland...but as I say, you have to like 
Guinness...cold!
