He was first in court on 27 April - see http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/6600081.stm. Trish of Middlewich Narrowboats posted the following to Canalworld.net on 13 August: "Mr King went back to Chester Crown Court on 25 July and pleaded guilty. He has now been bailed for 'reports' and will be back in court towards the end of September for sentencing. Hopefully that will be the end of the matter!!" Presumably we will learn more after his next court appearance. David Mack
