You would appear to have missed the postings about this.

In the short term, at least, the arrangements are something like:

1. Complaints to be taken over by Jonathan Bryant, currently Head of 
Customer Service, assisted by Liz Horne, currently administering 
complaints nationally (as maternity cover).

2. Media Relations and Corporate Affairs to be covered by Ed Fox, 
currently Corporate Affairs Manager for British Waterways London, who 
will recruit a new team as there are some vacancies.

3. User group relations will be covered by Jonathan Bryant, working 
closely with Simon Salem, Marketing and Customer Service Director, 
except in the area of inland marine trade relations which Sally Ash will 
look after.

I understand that, in general, these roles will be on top of what these 
people already do, give or take a little.
