Like the private boater who was very rude to me (on a hire boat) - 
when it came down to the facts it was actually him who clearly didn't 
understand how water moves when boats move through it - we suggested 
he apply to the charm school for a refund as it had clearly been 
wasted money.
At the end of the day though I now apply the same rule to boaters as 
to religions, colour of skin whatever - if someone is pleasant with 
me I'm perfectly happy to be pleasant with them.
