Hmm. EA can be their own worst enemy. In my local govt days [nowhere near RBW&M] we would repeatedly get objections to planning applications from EA but they could never provide evidence for appeals. Occasionally they would present a statement but I can't remember them ever providing a witness. AIUI the data they have now has improved somewhat. Hopefully. Baz
