Merry Xmas and Happy New Year from Sue & I.  We are still lurking, and have 
not (yet) gone to boat, although we may do so for new year - we held off as 
it was a tad too cold (the one bar gas fire tends to make the boat hot at 
one end [lounge] and cold at the other [bedroom], not to mention the 
condensation...)
