I agree it's galling Ann but is the first complaint I have ever heard about RCR. Most folks are delighted with their service. On the other hand there have been numerous complaints about BW and I am just finishing a mega-rant which is long, angry and will be copied here soon. Sorry for those on slow connections. Beeky
