Congratulations! Have you deployed any good arguments that you could 
share? I'm planning to tell my employer soon that he doesn't need me for 
five days a week. The negotiations will be protracted. The nose-piercing 
and unicycling to the office haven't worked. "Doing a Klinger" doesn't 
look promising, as the company is short of (open) transvestites and 
equal opportunities would guarantee a job for life to the first to come 
out.
