Just thought I would report that all is good on our bit of the Great
Ouse, last night it was like a mill pond. If this keeps up I can see a
weekend trip taking place. We don't seem to have the same problems as
other areas, it must be the environment agency doing a sterling job to
manage the fenland flood defences. In fact, water levels are little
lower than normal, we touching the bottom when moored up Ely
waterfront. It could be low water, but it could be the additional
tiling and new bath that hubs has just fitted for me - thats another
story!
