Thanks David (and others who have replied) that link looks brill to 
me at a quick glance. I'll try it later and see. Wonder why I 
couldn't find it as I did start to dig around in their FAQs and, more 
importantly, I wonder why Ofcom IT dept didn't point me to it in 
their e-mail. I had already tried putting the Ofcom site into 
the 'trusted site' category but that didn't work and when you look it 
appears to be an IE6 fix only.
I've decided, BTW, that Vista appears too flakey to upgrade from my 
tried and trusted Win XP Pro even though the upgrade was a freebie 
with the new HP PC that I bought about 14 months ago. The upgrade 
discs are sitting in the drawer and I doubt I'll upgrade unless I 
hear much better news about Vista.
