Ooooh, don't mention the "W" word. Once something has been declared waste, then it can only be removed by an approved waste disposal company. You need to get your hands on it before it's declared waste. Call it "oil for recycling", just don't call it "waste oil".
Ron Jones ITYM 'previously owned'? I've got a licence form but it asks for the postcode where the waste is used. I don't think they've got their heads round the concept that boats move.... Sean
