A couple of days ago there were some yoofs hanging around the footbridge at High Line, one lazily through something in my direction as I passed under the bridge on the offside. It might have been the same lot. We occasionally get the local 'massive' trying things on, and now and again get travellers trying more on. It was possible to reach the moorings across some allotments, and over the train line, but there is a big black bloke at the end of the moorings who sees them off!
