Coincidentally I made a gallon of elderflower champagne last
night. Cost: 2lb of sugar and one lemon and a little wine 
vinegar. It'll be ready in two weeks and if it's like what 
we've made in the past it'll be fizzy rocket fuel with a 
kick like a mule. Fab stuff.
