There are good Tow-path moorings opposite and down river of the Spring
Lea marina and at Limehouse there are 24 hour and 14 day moorings along
the dock wall.

As you come down the Lee there is a large supermarket at Three Mills
which is a good spot to buy your provisions without having to carry them
far. The section from Old Ford lock to Three Mills passes through the
2012 Olympic site but you can't see much yet. If you stop at Limehouse
and want to get into town walk up to the main road and there are lots,
of buses including the No. 15 which goes to Paddington Basin! or catch a
train on the Docklands Light railway (a sort of tram) to Tower Bridge.

Enjoy
