We nearly went with Wigrams. In the end we went with Calcutt's (half a mile
north) where I managed to get the last 70 foot space. This was just under
£1,000 per year less.

However, a mooring is a mooring. Your boat will be safe and I'm sure they'll
look after you. They need to reduce their prices a bit in my opinion..!

(I did wonder (and still do) why Wigram's have such a lot of free space....)

I have a wonderful proof, but this sig block is too small to hold it.

Hi All,

We spent a pleasant afternoon visiting Wigrams Turn this afternoon. It seems

like a good marina. Anyone got any comments on the merits or otherwise of
mooring there?.

Regards,

Andrew

 Hi Andrew

Thinking of coming to join the Braunston area mafia then :-)} Actually
you're spoiled for choice aren't you. There's Wigram's, Ventnor Farm and
Calcutt all on that patch with Braunston and Fenny Compton not far away. I
have to say there's a lot to be said for being beyond the top of the
Stockton flight rather than the bottom like us since 9 times out of ten we
go that way rather than towards Warwick.

Cheers

Guy
