I am not a CC ok I have a mooring  and I travel the Waterways as much 
as I can. Last year to Liverpool taking 6 months. I think people 
should think before jumping the gun. and not think that everyone that 
conplains is breaking the rules. One more thing All BW staff in or 
outside the office are polite and helpful.  I have never had a bad 
word for them
