I've been using the E220 with Vodafone for nearly two years. It's a great little device. I was paying £25 a month for a 1GB limit (which was way in excess of my normal usage). I went into one of the Vodafone shops a while back to check on their price plans and found out they were now doing 3GB for £15 a month. Soon changed over to that. Best of all, since it would be a new contract it would come with a new E220. The one I have is working just fine, so they did it as a SIM only contract, and credited me with £150. I like that. Get paid for switching to a cheaper contract. :-) > I connect mine to an Asus router to give me wi-fi throughout the boat > in a way that I guess is similar to what is being done on coaches. I've not done this, although I'm intrigued by the possibility. I find that I can get a good enough signal (provided I'm not in Braunston) in the front cabin, and can usually get it working in the sleeping quarters just with the dongle hanging out of the back of the laptop.
