Hi Steve, I too have seen these signs. They are displayed where is a *High Volume* of Hire Boats. I guess that hire boaters have had trouble with the cills at various times and it was probably decided that this would help reduces the *Incidents* which often block the canal until sorted!]]]]]]]]]]]]] ~Allan~
