Total cruising time 5 hours 25 minutes.

After much texting between Andrew Dyke and me it was agreed that we
would share the locks on the Hatton flight and that they were planning
on leaving their mooring at Rowington at 9.15am. I set off a bit too
early at 8.15am, and passed them at 8.45am. I said I would go on to the
top and wait for them there. They duly showed up at around 10.30am, and
we set off down the flight. With Andrew cycling up and down between
locks, and Wendy steering the breasted up pair, we cleared the bottom at
1.40pm. Carried on breasted up to moor outside the Cape for a well
earned pint or two and some sandwiches and chips which they kindly made
for us (they had stopped serving food ten minutes earlier). Through the
two cape locks still breasted by 4pm. We separated the boats here and
cruised on to Tescos where Brian will be dismayed to hear that the
magnet is in full working order. An hour later we managed to free
ourselves and cruised on to moor outside Leamington about a mile below
Radford Bottom Lock at 6pm. Supper on LT tonight (after I cook it).
