I emailed BW this morning with this very question, and their reply is: "Thank you for your email The rule about running generators and engines between 8pm and 8am is still in the terms and conditions and can be found on page 23 of these in the navigation rules section Kind Regards Justin Davies Customer Services Advisor British Waterways" So that means I COULD have complained to the inconsiderate !*&!**@ who was sitting on the visitor moorings at Hawkesbury Junction a couple of weeks ago running their engine until AFTER 10.00 pm!
