As a second Adrian, I have a question ......
If I had a house with an end of the garden mooring, what is there to stop be
charging BW for the use of my land i.e. the bank, as in a container?
Could I remove said bank ( and as such waste BW's water ) ?
I admit to a devilish element to my question, but as I cruising along i was
thinking ..... ( always a bad thing ) ;-)>
