It's not your bank; the original land purchase, now transferred to  
BW, included a strip of the offside land, so EOG moorings are  
entirely on BW land. Unless, of course, they've allowed erosion to  
bring the water's edge into your property, but that's a different  
issue...

I wouold guess BW also has rights of support (like a semi detached  
house does) so no, you can't just take your garden away.
