Having worked in the Baker Street area of London from 1984 to 1999 my
opinion of London cyclists is not fit for a public forum like this.

As a recent case showed: kill someone with reckless driving, go to jail, do
it on a bike, £2 000 fine.

Also cycling on the pavement is contrary to section 72 of the Highways Act
1835, and I should know I got fined 10 bob for doing it in 1958.

Rant over.
