It looks (fingers crossed) that we are approaching the end game in the 
sale of Albion. SWMBO and I are having a discussion (well, argument 
really ;-))) about the funding of a survey, if required by the 
purchaser.
Question: Who pays for the lift out/dry docking and survey, the vendor 
or the purchaser, or is it a matter of who blinks first? Any thoughts 
gratefully received from those who've had the experience.
