Not only a listed structure but a listing one! As the police are not interested is this not a job is this not where the RSPCB should be called in. (The B being old Bridges and not other old Bs.) Is there anyone who makes sure such structures are replaced - this time with weight restriction signs? (Maybe such sign things will be BW next big spender idea.)
