I can't see any connection. The previous stoppage notice on the Ashton 
had said that there would be an update today. Today's stoppage notice 
says (although you didn't quote it  - maybe it wasn't on the text 
version) that there will be a further update in two weeks. This stoppage 
has never been associated with the words "until further notice".
