When filling up the other day at a local boat yard (which has a number
of hire boats) I asked what he was going to do after 1st November. His
reply was that because he could not risk a fine if he miss-sold fuel he
would be only selling at full price. As most of his fuel was going into
the hire fleet anyway any loss of custom would not be as bad as a fine.
Lets hope not too many yards don't adopt that attitude.
