Thanks for that.

I am in discussions with the yard to see if they can get a crane big
enough to lift the barge out and raise the shaft. Unfortunately the
only dry dock we can use is miles away and has long queues, so a crane
at the yard would be much more convenient.

Photos would be very welcome.
