Shame they can't get those senior chappies responsible for the H&S creating the 
bollards plus those similarly senior West Midlands Unit persons responsible for 
their choice of wood bollards and where they are positioned to go out and do 
the rounding job with hand files. No need to pay them more on top of their 
current wages for this useful chore so costs are only for hand files.
 
 Such actions would allow BW to demonstrate to DEFRA (and us) that they are 
determined to save money and spend what little they have wisely!

BW are now so pig headed, they have lost support from just about everybody.
It is about time the Real*** went out at night with a chainsaw!
(after of course having passed the chainsaw H&S test)
If you got caught the worst you could expect was a rap on the knuckles, like 
a certain farmer....
