Does the team think that the lowering of VAT will see the many 50 - 60 Grand narrowboats built on spec that are floating about, being snapped up? The zero rating of liveaboard barges seems to be stalling, as many buliders are having trouble with their local tax office. Until this is sorted nationally, many barge builders could well pack up. There are a good few spec built new barges about.
