I've just received a newsletter from Classic Boats saying that Peter Nicholls, the builder of the current EuroClassic Peniche has had confirmation from HMRC that they can zero rate the new-build boats depending on size and intended use. Each build must be pre-assessed by HMRC on a case by case basis for the conditions stated. I'll certainly be smiling if we can achieve this at Sagar and our use fits the exemption....Yippee (muted for the moment) Roger
