Unfortunately Google Maps will only try to tell you where you are. I have a program on my s60 based phone called CellTrack which with a signal strenth meter, and current cell id you could narrow it down a bit by doing some local travelling. There is a website: http://www.sitefinder.ofcom.org.uk/ which is more designed for people living near a mast to complain to the relevant company, but can be used to hunt down mast locations.
