We will be leaving the boat unattended this Christmas for the first time since we moved on.
I have been looking into the precautions which we might sensibly take just in case of a freeze up. It is suggested that the water tank is left half full, the supply to the pump turned off and the taps turned on until they run dry and then left open and that should be ok. But, what about any water left in the shower pump and the calorifier full of water? Any advice appreciated, bearing in mind that we don't want to come back to problems and that I am basically an idle *^&&£%. Richard Tanner NB Cartref
