I forget the name - green, at the far end of the narrowboat/widebeam moorings. > It has been reported that the show is like death, with organisers not > allowing video of the sales people wandering around twiddling their > thumbs. We were there from about 3.30 to about 5.30 on Sunday - it was very quiet in the halls where the big boat displays were, but the chandlery/ clothing/bit'n'pieces aisles were fairly busy. There was a fair amount of activity on the narrowboat/widebeam pontoons until it got dark around 4.30. I feel sorry for those exhibitors having to stick around in the cold and dark until closing time at 7pm. On Saturday the daytime temperature peaked at -2C apparently! If you get a chance, check out the narrowboat walkthrough animations running on the Ownerships boats' TVs - Jan helped produce them and I gave a bit of technical assistance as well.... -- Andy Greener n.b.
