There would have been an extra two people there if RoDMA (Royal Docks Management Authority) hadn't started charging silly money to moor in the docks for the duration. I don't mind paying something, but £140 odd quid was pushing it a bit. I wouldn't mind, but I was looking to buy quite a bit of stuff for Victoria, now I will spend my money elsewhere.
