Drain blocked below and bolted manhole cover not watertight. Furniture evicted pronto, carpet & underlay hauled into garden to rot, drain rodded with the help of our noble builder and we're now into fumigate and de-humidify mode. And to think I woke up this morning wondering whether the water systems on the boat had survived the freeze. Still, it prompted me to renew the house insurance. Baz [ now going back to work :-( ]
