Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
 
Near us a new place was put up which looks really nice and is totally eco 
functional. But the local posh lady hates it as she has to look at it across 
the fields maintaining it would fit better in Norway than UK. On the other hand 
the owners of the new place look across the field to her place which peeks over 
hundreds of feet of high brick walls which could be said to be much less 
pleasing than her view. 
 
Going on from this if you live in the block shown in the picture you won't have 
to look at it - especially if you enter and leave in the dark or in your car 
from the underground carpark that is, no doubt, part of the complex.
