Yes, yes, I know, you lot are all packing yours away for the cruising
season.  At this end of the world I am just getting mine out again.
Last year it performed faultlessly, on a wood stove running constantly
for about five months.  I am only running the fire occasional days at
the moment but the fan works normally when I first light the fire then
gradually slows and finally stops completely no matter how hot the fire
(and it's not the little leg tilting it backwards).  Are they just not
designed for the level of use I'm giving it?  Seems odd in a Canadian
device as their winters are worse than ours.
 
Oh, and it's not really OT as I heard of the Ecofan here.  Anyway, I've
got nowhere else to ask as their isn't an Australian distributor.  I had
to import the thing myself.
